Structura was developed by engineers at [BGC Engineering](http://www.bgcengineering.ca), a globally recognized consulting firm specializing in geotechnical, environmental, and applied earth sciences for more than 35 years.

Research and development (R&D) are core to BGC’s innovative culture. Since 2014, BGC has invested more than $35 million in R&D initiatives to explore new technologies, methods, and ideas that help solve complex challenges for our clients and the industries we serve.

Structura was born from that same commitment to innovation, refined through decades of engineering insight and experience.

# Meet the Structura Team

As engineers, we experienced the challenges of manual televiewer logging firsthand: lengthy turnaround times, inconsistent interpretations, and valuable expertise being spent on repetitive tasks rather than solving complex geological problems. We believed there was a better way.

By combining decades of geotechnical expertise with advances in deep learning, we created Structura to automate televiewer data interpretation and help mining, geotechnical, and geophysical teams access reliable insights faster.
